Turnaround Timeframes

Proofing - this is the time spent designing and editing your order. The timeframe varies for this stage of the process depending on the number of edits requested and your level of responsiveness. You can expect to receive your 1st proof in 1-3 business days.  Each round of revisions requires an additional 1-2 business days to complete.

Three rounds of proofs are included with your order via email; the initial set plus two rounds for revisions. Any additional proofs will have a $15 per round feeIt is recommended that you view your proof on a desktop or laptop so that you can easily verify that all elements are correct and ready for print. Small details are more difficult to see if you view your proof on a mobile device.

Processing - this is the time needed to print and package your order.  Print time varies based on the product size ordered.  

Shipping - Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery time is estimated (though not guaranteed) to be 4-9 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the proofs you approve. Should you find an error on your stationery, please contact us within 5 business days. We offer discounted reprints for customer approved errors.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client.

If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 7 business days and we will reprint the affected pieces free of charge.

If your order is damaged or is not as ordered please contact us. We do require an image of the product before any refunds or reprints start. We also request that your return the damaged order back to us. We will provide you a return address label via email. Please keep the original packaging for return orders or you will have to provide your own box. USPS does provide FREE shipping boxes to you.

 

Cancellations

We begin design work as soon as orders are received. If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so before we email proofs to you.

If you request a cancellation after we have emailed your proofs, your order will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee depending on the amount of work that was done on your custom order. Once completed, the cost for the design time cannot be recovered.

Cancellation requests are not accepted after approving your final proof. After proof approval, your order is entered into our print queue almost immediately and cannot be canceled. Since each order is custom-printed, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
